1.8 Million PVCs Not Collected In Lagos – INEC

The Electoral Commissioner for Lagos state, Mr. Akin Orebiyi, stated in a statement while on a visit to the Lagos state governor at the Lagos house Ikeja, yesterday that 1.8 million Lagos state residents have not collected their Permanent Voters card.

He said:

“As at yesterday (Thurs­day), the total number of cards collected in Lagos to date is 3.693 million of 5.5 million cards that we collected so far from Abuja. At the moment, we are still expecting another 430,000 cards which should arrive by next week. But meanwhile, we still have in our custody 1.8 million cards yet to been collected by residents”

, Kanye West burst out in tears when he shared the story of his late fashion designer friend Louise Wilson who he calls the ‘greatest fashion instructor of all time’. Louise passed on in May last year.
He recounted his meeting with his late friend and mentor at London’s Hakkasan, he said:

“I think she knew she was gonna pass” and thereafter, went to state how influential she’d been in his life.

Kanye was then reduced to tears and later told the host:

“That’s never happened to me in an interview before. Talking about Wilson is kinda hard for me”.

Lupita Nyongo’s Stolen $150k Oscar Dress Returned, Thief says the pearls are fake

So, Lupita Nyongo’s Alleged $150,000 Oscar dress is fake? Well This is according to the thief who stole the dress and returned it.

TMZ reports that the dress was returned to the London West Hollywood Hotel where it was stolen from. There’s a twist however. The thief called TMZ to tell them where it could be found as the Calvin Klein dress allegedly worth $150K, was a worthless fake.

The thief called saying he had taken the dress from Lupita’s hotel room after he noticed the door was ajar. He and others took two pearls off of the dress and took them to the garment district in downtown L.A where he was told they were fake.
The thief according to TMZ, then decided to take the dress back to the Hotel in a garment bag that was inside a trash bag and deposited on a 2nd floor bathroom adjacent to a fitness center.

TMZ contacted the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. and gave them the info. The police went over to the hotel, and they found a garment bag with the dress inside just as the thief had described.
The thief said he contacted TMZ because he wanted the world to know “Hollywood’s fake bulls**t.”
